Elke trained at the University of Freiburg, Germany and qualified in physiotherapy in 1983.

In 1987 after four years of working with adults in orthopaedics and sports injuries she decided to specialize in Paediatrics and Neurology.

Since then she has gained extensive experience working in various Rehabilitation Centres in Germany and Special Needs Schools and Paediatric and Adult Neurology clinics in the UK.

Elke has extensive training and experience in Bobath Therapy (Neurodevelopmental Therapy) for both adults and children. She also specialises in Sensory Integration Therapy and in Motor Dyspraxia treatment. These skills encompass an eclectic choice of therapies to help identify a child's needs and to help the child to develop its full potential.

Elke is very happy to be part of Kiki's Clinic where the developing child's potential is the core of the therapy.
