Deborah Gador

Deb grew up in a coastal city in Victoria, Australia. She qualified at Latrobe University with a Master in Speech Pathology in 2014 and commenced her career in paediatrics working in Early Intervention services. Deb gained experience working with children with global developmental delay, language delay, autism spectrum disorder, stammers, articulation/ phonological disorders, dyspraxia and cognitive delays.

Despite the glorious sunshine, impeccable coffee and laid back lifestyle in Australia - travel and work overseas beckoned and Deb swapped the koalas for the bustling London city life in 2016.  Since then, Deb has attained a wide range of experience working both for the NHS and privately. Deb has worked in nursery, clinic, primary and secondary settings as well as Pupil Referral Units for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Deb incorporates a strengths based approach into her practice and maintains a positive and trusting relationship with clients and parents. Deb is committed to evidence based practice and is trained to deliver It Takes Two to Talk for children with language delay and the Lidcombe Programme for children who stammer.

Deb enjoys working with a paediatric population is thrilled to be part of the team at Kiki's clinic.
