Tehmi qualified as an Occupational Therapist in Durban, South Africa. Following this Tehmi worked in a hospital setting in South Africa across adult and paediatric wards as well as with outpatients and in rural community clinics. This was followed by time spent travelling and volunteering in S.E Asia before coming to the UK in October 2015 .
Tehmi has experience working in the NHS providing therapy in community and outpatient settings as well as within mainstream nurseries, schools and special schools/units.
Tehmi's passion is paediatrics, supporting children with a range of developmental difficulties and diagnoses however, having a particular interest in neurodevelopmental and upper limb conditions. Tehmi is a qualified Sensory Integration Practitioner well as a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and registered with the Health Professions Council.
