Physiotherapists

Kiki von Eisenhart-Goodwin
Kiki graduated in 1984 at UCT, Cape Town, SA. and has worked exclusively in pediatrics since 1989, focusing on both healthy children and those with special needs in hospital, community, and private settings. In 1987, she completed a postgraduate diploma in designing equipment for children with special needs. Kiki is highly experienced in neuro-developmental therapy (NDT Bobath), Neumann-Neurode Postural Education, as well as in Prechtl's Early Infant Diagnosis. Fluent in English, German, and Japanese, her interests include therapy and posture education for children, early intervention, ergonomics, and orthotics.

Maryam Shabbir Mithaiwala
Maryam is a Paediatric Physiotherapist with 15 years of experience working with children and young people across 3 different countries. Her qualifications include a Masters in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Neurological and Paediatric conditions and a PG Diploma in Sensory Integration. She is also a certified NDT/Bobath therapist and specialises in early intervention.
Maryam has experience with working in the community, and at special schools including writing EHCP reports and doing private practice.

Ashton Fernandes
Ashton is a dedicated Paediatric Physiotherapist holding a Master's degree in paediatric physiotherapy and is registered with HCPC and CSP. His diverse background includes working within NHS, community, special school, nursery, and private clinic settings, providing comprehensive care to children from birth through their teenage years. With a genuine passion for child development, he excels at helping young individuals achieve their physical milestones and reach their full potential and meeting their goals.
Occupational Therapists

Claire Jamieson
Claire has experience working with children with a range of needs including ADHD; Dyslexia; Autism; Sensory Processing Differences; Developmental Co-ordination Disorder; Developmental Delay; Physical and Neurological conditions. Claire also works within the NHS as a band 7 team lead for a Children’s OT Service; and as a specialist OT within the Autism Diagnostic Team and has completed her certified training in use of the ADOS. Claire has completed her training within various treatment approaches including SOS Approach to Feeding; DIR Floor Time; CO-OP; and Neurodevelopmental Therapy for Children and Babies (Bobath).

Rachel Gebers
Rachel is a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 10 years of expertise supporting children with complex needs and their families. Rachel is an advanced DIR Floortime practitioner, SOS Feeding practitioner and Neurodevelopmental Therapy provider and specializes in using a child-led, family-inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming approach when working with children with a wide range of functional difficulties. She currently works in the clinic and Little Hillbrook Specialist Resource base.

Tehmi Stott
Tehmi is a HCPC and RCOT registered Occupational Therapist with a passion for pediatrics and tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Tehmi has diverse experience in collaborating with families both in the NHS and private sectors. She has a strong interest in neurodevelopmental conditions and early intervention, with postgraduate training in Sensory Integration, ADOS2, CIMT, the SOS Approach to Feeding, and Bobath techniques.

Nikita Bassi
Nikita is a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist. Nikita has a previous degree in medical sciences, extensive knowledge of neuroanatomy, and achieved her Masters in OT in 2018. Nikita has extensive experience working with children diagnosed with complex physical conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Leigh Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, as well as neurodiverse conditions such as ASC, ADHD, and DCD. Nikita can provide specialist support strategies for children in multiple areas of need.

Lauren Keane
Lauren studied a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Griffith University in Australia and has been working in paediatrics since 2019. Her experience spans early intervention, school-based services, private practice, and community settings, supporting children with a wide range of developmental, physical, and neurodiverse needs.
In Australia, Lauren founded and ran an equine-assisted occupational therapy practice, using animal-assisted interventions to support children’s emotional regulation, motor planning, and engagement. Since relocating to the UK, Lauren has worked within the NHS community paediatric team, gaining experience in the UK healthcare and education systems.
Lauren’s practice is strengths-based, play-led, and family-centred, with a strong focus on helping children achieve meaningful goals in ways that are fun, functional, and developmentally appropriate.

Kaitlin Lees
Holding a Bachelor in Exercise & Sports Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy, Kait brings both education and hands-on experience to her role. She has experience in both private clinic based therapy back home in Australia and within the NHS Children's OT Service in London. Kait has experience working with children with a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Down Syndrome and Developmental Delay.
Kait supports clients in areas of emotional regulation intervention, fine and gross motor skill development, sensory integration techniques and daily life skills. She ensures all sessions are tailored for each individual client to ensure maximum participation and engagement, whilst having an emphasis on building strong relationships with both the client and their families (or schools).
Speech & Language Therapists

Ashna Ganatra
Ashna Ganatra qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2006 at City University London. She worked in both independent practice and the NHS for 18 years before focusing fully on independent practice in 2021. Since 2015, she’s been an associate with Kiki’s Children’s Clinic, working with children of all ages with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. Ashna adopts a holistic and fun approach to therapy. She continues to expand her skills with specialised training to upskill herself.

Amelia Collis
​Amelia qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from Birmingham City University in 2014. Sheworked as a Speech and Language Therapist for the NHS in London for over 6 years and startedworking at Kiki’s Clinic in 2021. She has worked in a range of settings including community clinics,specialist units attached to mainstream schools, mainstream schools, and multiple special schools.Amelia has also worked alongside paediatricians in diagnostic clinics for Autism Spectrum Disorders.Amelia’s special interest areas are working with children and young people including autisticindividuals and those with complex needs. Amelia is experienced in implementing Augmentative andAlternative Communication (AAC) and working with Gestalt Language Processors (GLP).

Caitlin Pozar
Caitlin is passionate about AAC. She loves to see children's personalities shine through as they work towards communicating autonomously! Caitlin has experience working in a community-based clinic and a special school setting where she learnt the importance of working collaboratively with school teams, families and allied health professionals.
Caitlin has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University in Australia and has completed her advanced PODD workshop. She is a PROMPT Trained therapist and has completed training in the treatment and management of dysphagia, Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding and DIR: Floortime

Emily Perritt
Emily holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the Australian Catholic University and has been working in paediatrics since 2021. She brings experience across early intervention, school-based services and private practice supporting children with a diverse range of developmental, physical, and neurodiverse needs.
Emily takes a warm, strengths-based approach to therapy, focusing on building confidence and connection through meaningful, individualized support. Emily is committed to helping each child find their voice and thrive in their everyday environments.

Margaux Sarginson
Margaux qualified as a speech and language therapist from the University of Greenwich, and has since developed a specialism working with young people between the ages of 2 and 25 who experience speech, language and social communication differences.
Having worked within clinical settings, clients’ homes and specialist educational environments, her approach to therapy balances creativity and clinical mindset to provide evidence-based intervention in a way that harnesses children’s strengths, interests and individuality. Margaux believes that confidence and having fun building it are crucial components of successful communication.
Margaux loves working with families to help unlock the joys of communication and is passionate about working in an inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming way.
Support Staff

Gaby Gribbon
Gaby joined Kiki's Children's Clinic three and a half years ago as Personal Assistant to Kiki. Her role focuses on overseeing patient relations, supporting on all administration matters and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly. She has over ten years of administration experience working with small to medium sized companies, with a particular focus in the healthcare
industry.

Jemma King
Jemma joined the team in 2021 and works part-time at the clinic, sharing the role with Gaby. She has almost 20 years’ experience working in an office environment but predominantly as a recruitment consultant. Her main role as office administrator is to ensure client relations and the smooth running of the clinic.

Ian Butterworth
Ian has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, and he has programmed, installed, maintained and supported systems of all sizes, types and complexities. He has a wide range of skills in a variety of related disciplines. He is based near Bath and offers a nationwide service. He enjoys a challenge, so if you are finding it hard to manage your IT issues, please contact him. He
will shoulder that burden for you.

Charles O'Rourke
Charlie grew up in Yorkshire, and still can't get over how warm and sunny London is, having originally come down to study engineering at King's College, London. Charlie deals with the financial side of the clinic and is Kiki's accountant, being a qualified accountant (FCCA) and a partner in Bluis Forster
